Are Your Fears Holding You Back?
Here I am in Harley Street, working away and coaching clients, guiding them towards the outcomes they want to achieve. Sounds simple, right?
Well, you probably guessed, it isn’t!
It is far from true.
The more clients I see and help towards their goals, and the more I get involved in Personal Development and work on myself, the more I can see how the number one “thing” that separate us and our goals is FEAR!
What are you afraid of?
Are you afraid of being successful?
Are you afraid of “changing”?
FEAR some people define as the acronym False Expectations Appearing Real, things that aren’t really there; though, we make them much bigger than what they actually are.
I, to some degree agree with that definition.
The way I like to define fear is, holding onto our limiting beliefs which are all we know, it is our identity.
We aren’t really afraid of anything; we just don’t know any other way.
We have been doing the same things, over and over and over again, that are part of our routine and therefore our behaviours.
So, this has led me to firmly believe than in order to accomplish our goals we don’t have to conquer our fears. All we have to do is create new habits, change the way we feel about our limiting beliefs and transform them into empowering beliefs.
Fear isn’t really what is holding us back, it is those daily activities we do or don’t do that keep us behind.
Our habits and our limiting beliefs are what really hold us back.
So, want to make your dreams come true and accomplish your goals?
Change your habits and limiting beliefs.
That’s all that needs to be done.
